BEIJING, October 8, 2021 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) – 21Vianet Group, Inc. (“VNET” or the “Company”) (Nasdaq: VNET), a leading carrier- and cloud-neutral Internet data center services provider in China, today announced the results of its 2021 Extraordinary General Meeting which was held on October 8, 2021 in Beijing, where it adopted a special resolution to approve the change of the Company’s name to “VNET Group, Inc.”, effective immediately.
